However, they seldom have all the resources or knowledge to address all the issues that internal and stakeholders demand of them in regards to economic, environmental, and social, and how to balance them today and in the future.
We offer our clients a holistic approach that helps them to recognise their strengths and their opportunities. We do this, first, through organisational sustainability assessments, and then through fostering creativity and organisational changes that will help employees better recognise internal resources in order to overcome sustainability resistance to change. To do this we facilitate transformations from reactive to proactive approaches, based on organisational learning and linking it to changes in behaviours.
We have developed different tools to help us provide our two main services, ssessment and reporting and organisational change management.. These tools have been recently updated, and now include the latest developments in our knowledge so we can better help the organisations we work with.
Both services can be provided to different types of organisations, such as universities and companies.
