We acknowledge that the future leaders, decision-makers, and intellectuals of the formed and shaped within the world’s higher education institutions. Sustainability needs to be embedded as the ‘Golden Thread’ in:
·      Courses and curricula
·      Research
·      Campus operations
·      Community outreach
·      Management and Administration
·      Assessment and reporting.

Ideally the concepts of SD should be integrated into the policies, approaches and learning of all members of these stakeholders, especially academic directors, professors, and students.
